Hi, I'm Karsten Alva-Jorgensen.
I created Inner Power for people navigating the quiet but important threshold when outward success starts asking a deeper question. My work is to help you hear that inner voice more clearly and take the next meaningful step, with clarity, self-trust, and grounded action.
Before founding Inner Power, I spent more than three decades in international consulting and senior leadership, including Accenture/Andersen and HSBC. I am a Certified Executive Coach with specialty certifications in Leadership and Team Coaching; Burnout; Imposter Syndrome; Neuroscience of Change; Trauma-informed Coaching; Positive Psychology; Sustainable High Performance; Wellbeing and Mindfulness. I have coached and mentored full-time since 2020.
