When a young man grows, his whole world grows with him.
Inner Power helps young men across Africa grow into who they are capable of becoming — clear, grounded, and ready to lead their own lives. Through guided Growth Circles, one young man's growth ripples outward to his family, his future, and his community. Partner with us, and that change begins with you.
What a Growth Circle Builds
A Growth Circle is a small group of young men who meet on a steady rhythm with a trained guide — a place to think clearly, build real confidence, and grow the skills and self-belief that shape a strong life. It is where potential becomes direction.
From isolation to belonging
A consistent group and a trained guide create something most young men have never had: a place to be fully honest, and a circle of peers genuinely invested in one another's growth.
From confusion to clear direction
Practical tools for life and work, a sharper sense of purpose, and the resilience to act on it — growth that shows up in how a young man carries himself, decides, and leads.
From potential to impact
A young man who grows becomes someone who lifts others — in his family, his workplace, his community. The growth does not stop with him. That is the return on every partnership.
The fastest way to lift a community is to invest in its young men.
When a young man grows in confidence, direction and emotional strength, the effect compounds. He builds a steadier life, lifts the people around him, and becomes someone his community can rely on. Few investments return as much as helping a young man become who he is capable of being.
The need is real — across Africa, too many young men grow up without the support to do this well, and the cost is measured in lost potential. Inner Power exists to change that equation: give a young man a real place to grow, and the trajectory of his whole life bends upward. It does not bend alone.
Four domains. One ripple.
The Growth Circle — belonging and learning woven into one — moves a young man toward Direction, Stability, Livelihood and Contribution. As he grows, his family and community grow with him.
THE RIPPLE — HIS FAMILY AND COMMUNITY GROW WITH HIM
A simple room, built on proven ground.
A Growth Circle brings together four things most programmes keep apart — being heard, group coaching, peer support, and practical skills — in small, consistent groups led by trained guides. It is developmental, not clinical, and it is built to produce real life outcomes: purpose, independence, livelihood, leadership.
"I am because we are." A man is not made in isolation. He is made in the company of others who hold him to who he is becoming.

Inner Power grows through partnership with purpose-driven organisations. Companies invest in the growth of their people through Executive Growth Circle — here at Inner Power your investment reaches the young men who need it most. Together we build stronger people. Stronger teams. Stronger businesses. Stronger communities. Together we give a generation of young men a real chance.
It is free to the young men who join. It is funded by those who understand that we are all connected and our fates intertwined.
The work behind the work.
Inner Power is built on three decades of one man's craft. Karsten Alva-Jorgensen spent his career at the top of international leadership — across Andersen Consulting, Accenture and HSBC, on four continents — before turning fully to coaching the inner life that all of it rested on.
He kept meeting young men who were quietly carrying too much, with nowhere to set it down. The Inner Power Growth Circle is his answer: the coaching method, the structure, the conviction. Today that method is taking root where it is needed most — run on the ground, in Kenya, by a local team, and built to be carried forward by facilitators from the very communities it serves.
