I help established professionals and leaders who have built a successful life on paper, yet know something deeper is asking for their attention. My work is to help you hear that inner voice more clearly and take the next meaningful step with clarity, self-trust, and grounded action.

I created Inner Power for people navigating that quiet but important threshold — when success no longer feels sufficient, and meaning, contribution, or a more truthful way of living begins to call.

Before founding Inner Power, I spent more than three decades in international consulting and senior leadership, including Accenture/Andersen and HSBC. Those years taught me that outward success does not always bring inner clarity — and that meaningful change happens when insight is matched with honesty, courage, and wise action.
